In summer 2017 Nektarios Nikolopoulos founded a place where humans can learn to respect nature and discover the essence of harmony, while nature can offer back its’ best, like the Mother Nature. This place is FARMA restaurant.

With the Greek letter (F) – symbol of the “golden line” in Greek culture – featured on its’ logo, Nektarios opened the first farm-to-table restaurant in Greece. A restaurant placed inside a farm where daily or seasonal menus are created, based on what the land & the animals have to ofer in peace, without any external pressure from human demands.

Located by the sea, on beautiful Mykonos, our Executive Chef Harris Kossyfas uses fresh local ingredients and turns them into delicious & nutritious meals. Harris has worked next to famous Chefs like Allen Ducasse and Restaurants like Amass in Copenhagen. Currently in FARMA Mykonos, combining the long standing Greek tradition of home cooking with nature’s finest ingredients, creates food both for the body & the soul, using local ingredients.
